Easy Options on How to Pay
Your Annual Gator Fund Contribution
Option 1 (**Preferred): One-time Payment or Recurring Debit/Credit
Via a phone call anytime during the school year, you can set up a recurring or monthly online donation through Orenda Education's Development Office. Contact Kelly Miller (512-869-3020) and she will set up a secured merchant services account for you through an arrangement with Bank of America. It takes less than 3 minutes to set up and you will receive an emailed receipt after each donation. You can also designate the day of the month for the withdrawal and you can alter or change the donation amount at any time.
Option 2: Online PayPal
Go to https://orenda-education.donortools.com/ This links to Orenda's URL. It is a secured PayPal account. You can set up your own account that will allow you to check your donations. There is a new recurring component. Note: a percentage of your donation is deducted for handling costs so you may choose to add another $3 or so to help defray that cost.
Click on Gator Fund 2016-17; Insert the amount you are donating and click "Donate." Complete the information and click "submit."
Option 3: Set Up a Personal Bank Draft
Through your own bank, you can designate the day of the month for the withdrawal and a check (draft) will be mailed to Orenda Education's address on Williams Drive. Note: the draft should be written to Orenda Education, c/o Annual Gator Fund. Once set up, you don't have to give it another thought. You also have complete control over when you increase the amount given or terminate all-together.
Option 4: Write a Check
You may still write a personal check payable to Orenda Education and mailed to 2951 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78628 or leave with a school office personnel or drop in the metal drop box in the lobby of the Student Union.
Things to Remember:
The Annual Gator Fund drive starts every August 1 and runs through July 31. Please remember that we need your donations to continue through the summer months if you are giving monthly.
Also, your incentives are established during the above timeframe, so when each August's orientations occur, you'll have an idea if you qualify for those incentives (i.e. waivers of fees and after school supervision) based on donations made to date.
In addition, while we are very appreciative of matching gifts from companies where you work, the matched amount does not "count" towards your total gifted amount in order to determine your annual level of giving (i.e. Gator 100 Club, Golden Gate Club, etc.). That could affect what "gifts of appreciation" and/or additional benefits (i.e. T.E.C. fees/After School Supervision waivers) you may receive from Orenda Education (i.e. polo shirts, decals, stadium seats, gold cards, etc.).
Questions? Contact Ashley Kjos, Director Development, at 512-869-3020 or email email@example.com.
Finally, we take pledges very seriously and ask that you honor your commitment in becoming a Gator Club Member. Circumstances change and we understand that. We just ask that you keep our office informed of any changes in your giving situation. Remember, all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by federal law. Unless you request them, manual receipts are not mailed until the end of the calendar year.
